During the operation of the reducer, the friction of the moving pair heats up and is affected by the environmental temperature, so that the temperature of the reducer rises. If there is no：

2. Unreasonable structural design of reduction gear
1) Check that the hole cover plate is too thin, and deformation is easy to occur after tightening the bolt, so that the bonding surface is uneven and oil leakage occurs from the contact gap;
2) In the process of deceleration mechanism manufacturing, casting has not been annealed or aged and internal stress has not been eliminated, so deformation and clearance will inevitably occur, leading to leakage;
3) There is no return oil groove on the box body. The lubricating oil accumulates in the shaft seal, end cover, bonding surface, etc. Under the action of pressure difference, it leaks out from the clearance;
4) The shaft seal structure design is unreasonable.The early reduction gear mostly adopts the structure of oil groove and felt ring shaft seal, which causes the felt to be compressed and deformed during assembly, and seals the joint surface gap.If the journal and seal contact is not very ideal, due to poor felt compensation performance, the seal will fail in a short time.Although there are oil return holes in the oil ditch, it is easy to be blocked and the oil return function is difficult to play.
3. Too much refueling:
During the operation of the reducer, the oil pool is stirred badly and the lubricating oil spatters everywhere in the machine. If the amount of adding oil is too much, a large amount of lubricating oil will accumulate in the shaft seal, joint surface and other places, resulting in leakage.
4, improper maintenance process: in equipment maintenance, due to the combination of surface dirt cleaning is not complete, or improper selection of sealant, sealing parts installed in the opposite direction, not timely replacement of seals will also cause oil leakage.
