1. When the output shaft of the DC gear motor is installed on the output shaft, the coupling, the pulley, the sprocket, etc., the direct hammering method cannot be used. The shaft end screw hole can be screwed into the coupling member.
2. Connect the motor to the reducer naturally. When connecting, it must be ensured that the output shaft of the reducer is concentric with the input shaft of the motor, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel.
3. Before use, replace the blockage at the highest position with the exhaust screw plug to ensure that the DC motor discharges the gas during operation.
4. Check whether the motor and reducer are intact before installation, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected to the motor and the reducer match.
5, timely replacement of oil, especially need to pay attention to the first oil change, the first time should be 300 to 400 hours after the operation should be replaced in time, after every 1500 ~ 2000 hours to replace the lubricant. It is found that the lubricating oil has dirt to replace the lubricating oil to keep the lubricating oil clean, prolong the service life of the DC motor and improve economic efficiency.
6. The mounting bolts should be evenly stressed. First, screw the mounting bolts at any diagonal position. Do not tighten them. Then screw on the mounting bolts at the other two diagonal positions and finally tighten the four mounting bolts one by one.
