1、 Bearing
The service life of booster is closely related to the bearing.
Gradual wear may change the position of the shaft until there is friction between the impeller and the cylinder or top plate, while sudden bearing failure usually has serious consequences.
Since the impeller shaft assembly is no longer supported and correctly positioned, large-scale damage to the casing and gear may occur immediately after the bearing fails.
2、 Casing
Foreign matters entering the shell of the stainless steel fan will also cause some troubles.
If this type of problem is encountered, but the inside of the sleeve is found to be clean, disconnect the pipe and loosen the mounting bolts, and re level and drive alignment.
After tightening the installation, make sure that all pipes are properly connected to the unit before reconnecting.
