Working principle of industrial vacuum cleaner
Industrial vacuum cleaner is a kind of multifunctional special equipment for vacuum cleaning. It is mainly composed of vortex air pump (through and by-pass vacuum motor), high-precision filter drum (bag), filter material self-cleaning device (pulse, pressure difference back blowing; shock), cyclone, water level float, submersible sewage pump, electric control device, dust bucket quick loading and unloading device, shell, caster, vacuum hose, various special vacuum tools and other components.
The working principle of industrial vacuum cleaner is to vacuumize the inside of dust bucket through vortex air pump (through and by-pass vacuum motor), cyclone and other equipment, so that the negative pressure increases rapidly, and the high negative pressure makes the air flow into the inside of dust bucket through the air inlet rapidly, through the vacuum brush, vacuum pipeline and cyclone, etc. The strong wind carries the dust and solid particles that need to be collected and treated into the dust bucket. The filter bag is connected with the air inlet, and the solid particles are attached to the inner surface of the filter bag. The air after preliminary filtration passes through the gap of the filter bag, and then through the secondary filtration of the filter element, so that the air can reach the emission standard. The dust adhered to the filter bag can be cleaned by back blowing or vibration to keep the filter cartridge clean. The filtered air enters the exhaust duct through the air outlet of the vortex air pump, and finally is discharged back to the workshop.
The higher the negative pressure of industrial vacuum cleaner is, the stronger the suction is, and the wider the caliber of the vacuum cleaner interface is, the larger the flow rate is. The smaller the corresponding negative pressure, the weaker the suction. By selecting different models, the negative pressure can be kept in a constant range to adapt to the suction and treatment of different materials.
Industrial vacuum cleaners are essentially different from commercial and civil vacuum cleaners. In the process of producing industrial vacuum cleaner, the key technology is the performance and precision of filter material, the sealing of product and the safety protection of air pump. Especially in solving the dust in the nuclear industry, due to the radioactivity on site, it will cause harm to people's body, so there is a high standard requirement for the use of dust collection equipment.
