The transmission part of the sander is mainly composed of the belt motor and the conveying motor. The transmission motor is controlled by the inverter. The system consists of the touch screen, PLC and inverter. The transmission speed and start command are set in the touch screen. The PLC outputs the 0~10V analog signal according to the requirements to control the speed of the conveyor motor. The man-machine interface allows the user to set up complex processes such as the amount of sanding required.
