Analysis of simple replacement of vibration motor bearings

There are two main types of vibrating motors for vibrating screens. Horizontal vibrating motors can be applied to various vibrating screening devices. Vibrating motors are the most important source of vibrating screens for vibrating screens, regardless of the installation direction. The main mill of the vibrating motor should be applied to the vibrating screen, and its important position can be imagined. The vibration motor uses heavy-duty bearings, which can carry a certain axial load. The bearing life of the bearing shop is not affected by the axial load force.

The bearing is washed with kerosene, evenly coated with a clean hand, pressed into the seat, and filled with the shell No. 3 lithium base grease to the two-thirds of the roller of the needle bearing of the outer ring of the bearing, fitted with a bearing gland, and coated with bolts. The loose one-way bearing fixing bolt of the pine rubber presses the gland.

The bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing with a detachable inner casing. The bearing should be placed on the shaft of the aligning ball bearing and in place.

When the vibration motor is replaced with a new one, the INA must be used in the same way as the original model.

The inner and outer eccentric blocks are mounted on the rotating shaft and in place. If there is a shaft key, the shaft full complement roller bearing key should be installed in the keyway and then the outer eccentric block is installed, and the shaft retaining ring is mounted on the rotating shaft.

Mounting bearing

The protective cover on both ends of the vibration motor is fastened with screws.

Install the seat on the cabinet. If there is a grease filler hole, it must be aligned. Use a tightening bolt that is coated with a screw roller bearing to prevent the rubber from compressing the bearing housing.

Tighten the eccentric block fastening bolts so that they reach the angular position before removal and tighten the fastening bolts. After the above assembly is completed, the eccentric block can be adjusted to the Chinese network, and the shaft should have a certain axial bearing seat.

Remove the shafts of the two shaft ends with the retaining ring.

The tapered roller bearing removes the gland from the seat and pushes it out of the seat or with the appropriate other angular contact ball bearing bolts.

Detach

Remove the seat compression bolts and screw them into the seat removal screw holes with appropriate bolts to push the bearing housing out of the casing.

Loosen the outer eccentric block to tighten the screw linear motion bolt, and the shaft key to remove the shaft key. Loosen the inner eccentric block fastening bolt, remove the outer eccentric block, and remove the inner eccentric block.

Thoroughly clean the oil of each part.

Remove the protective cover at both ends of the vibration joint motor (the vertical vibration motor has no protective cover), and record the percentage of the special joint bearing excitation force when the eccentric block is working, in order to restore the original working state of the SKF bearing during installation.

If the shaft is straight and the cylindrical roller is full of cylindrical roller bearings that can be separated from the inner casing, the inner sleeve should be removed from the shaft and placed in the original bearing casing.
