24v dc motor governor burned down the cause
When the DC motor is used for a long time or after a period of use, the DC motor governor is prone to be burnt, no matter what type of governor is used, especially if the inferior governor is burned. Large, its life is also very short. There are several reasons for the burning of the 24v dc motor governor.
1. The quality of the PWM control circuit is poor.
2. The drive power of the governor is less than that of the DC motor. When starting, or when the drive is stopped, the drive tube is burnt.
3. Check that the motor has a strong stop when working, causing the motor current to be several times higher than the normal working current, and the governor is burned.
4. No fuse is added to the governor, causing the governor to burn out.
5. The governor H-bridge is not connected to the protection diode, causing the electromotive force to break through the H-bridge MOS tube when it stops.
6. During routine maintenance, the governor is not properly maintained.
