The construction of 10kv high-voltage power distribution room needs to be cautious at all times, and it is easy to cause tragedy with a little carelessness. The operator of 10kv high voltage switchgear () should always pay attention to the following points:
1. In all high-voltage switch rooms with or with partial power failure, the maintenance equipment and operation equipment must be separated by obvious signs, the construction area should be clearly defined, and there should be on-site supervisors.
2. Current transformers and voltage transformer windings should have reliable grounding protection.
3. When operating the secondary circuit of the current transformer, it is strictly forbidden to disconnect the current loop.
4. When the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in operation is working, strictly prevent short circuit and check power failure protection. The staff of the secondary circuit is not allowed to perform the switching operation without the permission of the on-duty personnel.
High-voltage switchgear safe power transmission process:
1. The operator of the high-voltage switchgear must wear protective equipment to confirm that the mains supply is normal.
2. Open the grounding knife lock and remove the warning sign that prohibits closing.
3. Operate counterclockwise to open the grounding knife.
4. Check that the grounding indicator is in the off position.
5. Lock the grounding knife lock.
6. Open the switch lock.
7. Turn the switch on by counterclockwise operation and then store it in a clockwise direction.
8. Check that the three indicators are on.
9. Lock the switch lock.
Second, 10kv high voltage switchgear power outage operation process
1. Disconnect the main load switch of the incoming line cabinet of the low voltage distribution cabinet.
2. Check that the three indicators are on.
3. Press the power switch by hand and hear the sound of the switch.
4. Check the L1, L2, and L3 with high-voltage tester, and the indicator light is white.
5. Open the grounding knife lock.
6. Operate clockwise and close the grounding knife.
7. Check the grounding indication in the grounding state and hang the prohibition closing warning sign.
