Q: What kind of motor can you provide?

A: At present, we mainly provide permanent magnet brushed DC motors， AC general motors, geared motors and other types of motors.

Q: What is your fastest delivery time?

A: It depends on the number of different orders. If you only need 5 samples, we can ship them within 10 days. But for high volume orders, we need about 30 business days to produce.

Q: We don't have samples. We only have photos. Can you help with the samples?

A: To be honest, it is very difficult to make samples based on images only. We must confirm the motor technical data with the application. However, we can help with the design.

Q: Do they need to apply for coins when using motors in other regions?

A: Yes, this motor can also be used in other fields according to the size and application of the customer.

Q: What is your Payment?

A:T/T, L/C, Western Union, Moneygram ,Escrow. 

Q:What is your payment terms?

A: 40% TT deposit in advance and 60% balance before shipment.if you need only small

amount,we must cfm 100% deposit in advance

Q:Sample time and delivery time ?

A:Normally it will take u about 10 days to finish the sample,and for mass production is

based on quantity.
