A:We own two major brand called ‘Odin’ and ‘TW”. We can also help you to make the OEM. But we must sign the commercial contract at first.

Q:How long it will take for the shipment from your port to Europe major port? 

A: Our port closed to Hong Kong, it usually take around 2-3 weeks to arrive the Europe  Major port. I need you tell me your port name in order to enable us check this for you. 

Q:Can we make the goods delivery by air? 

A: Yes. we can also make that. But the cost will be much higher. However if you do need the goods very urgent and agree to pay the air cost, it won’t be any problem for us 

Q:Will you attend any USA exhibition in near future ? 

A: Yes, we are planning to make the USA exhibition in next year. And I will inform you our booth number and details once we will attend that fair then. 

Q:What is your garden tool motor lead time?

A:Our samples lead time usually need 2 weeks. and our mass orders lead time need around 30-35 days according to the mass order quantity. 

Q:Can we send back the defective motors for your checking and fixing?

A:Yes.you can. And we usually welcome our customer send back our defective motors to check and analyze. Because we must confirm where is the problems come from. sometime the problem come from our customer’s side. We will take the responsibility if the defective motors come from our factory.
