The Power Switch Motor is composed of ferromagnetic materials and non-ferromagnetic materials. The rotor has no permanent magnet and no winding. It is one of the simplest motors in structure. The operation principle of reluctance motor is that the magnetic flux always closes along the path with minimum reluctance, so when the core moves to the minimum reluctance position, its main axis must coincide with the axis of the magnetic field.

Reluctance motors can be subdivided into synchronous reluctance motors, variable reluctance motors and switching reluctance motors.
Reluctance motors can produce high power density at low cost and are quite attractive in many applications. The disadvantages of reluctance motors are high torque ripple at low speeds (the difference between maximum and minimum torque after one rotation) and noise due to torque ripple.

Q:Can you offer your accurate price before making samples?

A:Sorry,we can’t offer you the accurate price before making samples. Because this CNC equipment motor has different technical request, it means the motor will be different. So we need time to check and offer you accurate price after finish sample

Q:When can you finish your oven motor samples?

A: We need around 2 weeks to make the oven motor samples. it also depends on how many samples we need to produce. we usually need customer to pay the samples at the beginning, but the samples cost will be refund in future orders.

Q:How do I choose a suitable stepper motor for my application?

A:There are several important factors to consider: holding torque, body length, supply voltage, supply current etc. Once you know these key factors (we can assist you to find out based on product application), we can recommend suitable model(s) to you.
