The motors of electronic door locks are mainly of the following types:
1,Brushed DC motor:
Brushed DC motors are very common in electronic locks, and have the advantages of convenient and simple speed regulation and low cost. It converts the electrical energy of the DC power supply into armature current through brushes and commutators, thereby generating electromagnetic torque, which causes the motor to rotate and drive the load.
2,Brushless DC motor:
The brushless DC motor does not have traditional brushes and commutators, so it has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high output and excellent torque characteristics. It controls the commutation of current electronically, reducing maintenance requirements, but the cost is relatively high.
3,Hollow cup DC motor:
Hollow cup DC motor has high efficiency, fast response and stable operation characteristics. It belongs to the servo or control motor of DC permanent magnet, which is suitable for high-speed operation and precise control occasions, such as smart locks and electronic locks.
4,Gear reduction motor:
The gear reduction motor provides low speed and high torque output by cooperating with the gear reduction box, which is suitable for application scenarios requiring high torque. This motor is simple in design, saves space, and has the ability to withstand a certain overload.
