The China Automotive Dc Motor suppliers tells you how the DC motor works.
At present, the mainstream DC motors use digital signal processors as the control core, which can achieve more complex control algorithms, digital, networked and intelligent. Power devices generally use drive circuits designed with intelligent power modules(IPM) as the core. IPM integrates drive circuits, and has fault detection protection circuits such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overheat, and undervoltage. A soft start circuit is also added to the main circuit to reduce the impact of the start frequency of the DC motor on the drive during the start-up process. The power drive unit first rectifies the input three-phase electricity or municipal power through the three-phase full-bridge rectifier circuit to obtain the corresponding direct current. After rectifying the good three-phase or market power, the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous AC DC motor is driven by the three-phase sinusoidal inverter frequency conversion. The entire process of the power drive unit can simply be the AC-DC-AC process. The main topological circuit of the rectifier unit(AC-DC) is a three-phase full-bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit.
With the large-scale application of DC systems, the use of DC motors, DC motor debugging, and DC motor maintenance are all relatively important technical topics for DC drives today. More and more industrial control technology service providers have conducted in-depth research on DC motors.
DC motor is an important part of modern motion control and is widely used in automation equipment such as industrial robot and NC machining center. Especially the DC drive used to control the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor has become a hot research topic at home and abroad. In the current AC DC drive design, the current, speed and position 3 closed-loop control algorithm based on vector control is widely used. Whether the speed closed-loop design in this algorithm is reasonable or not plays a key role in the performance of the whole DC control system, especially the speed control performance.
