Application of sensor vector frequency converter in plastic machinery and printing machinery winding equipment
Torque motor overview:
The torque motor is a special motor with soft mechanical properties and a wide speed range. Torque motors include: DC torque motors, AC torque motors, and brushless DC torque motors.
The construction principle of the torque motor:
When the load increases, the motor's speed can be automatically reduced, and the output torque increases, keeping the load balanced. The torque motor has a high stall torque and a small stalling current, which can withstand a certain period of stalling operation. Due to the high rotor height and high loss, the heat generated is also large, especially at low speed and stalled. Therefore, the motor is equipped with a separate axial or centrifugal fan on the rear end cover (the output torque is small). Except for the 100 seat number and below, for forced air cooling, the torque motor is equipped with a thyristor control device, which can adjust the voltage regulation, the speed range can reach 1:4, and the speed change rate is ≤10%. The characteristics of this series of motors make them suitable for winding, unwinding, blocking and speed control applications and other applications. They are widely used in textile, wire and cable, metal processing, paper, rubber, plastic and printing machinery industries.
