Servo tightening system:
The servo tightening system is an automatic tightening system device that allows the output of the torque, angle, and the like of an ordinary screwdriver to be arbitrarily changed with an input signal (or a fixed value). The so-called servo tightening system mainly relies on the precise pulse positioning of the servo motor for precise tightening work. It can be understood that the servo motor receives a pulse and then rotates a corresponding angle to realize the torque and positioning control, and the servo motor rotates. The pulse can form a response with the received pulse, and finally reaches the value feedback of the torque during the tightening process to achieve closed-loop control.
The basic servo tightening system is divided into three sections, namely the controller, cable and servo screwdriver.
1, the controller
Built-in power supply, servo drive, display and main control board. The main function is to issue commands to the screwdriver and drive the operation of the servo motor and display feedback values.
2, cable
The main functions are conveying instructions and feedback data.
3, servo screw
In addition to the accessories of the ordinary screwdriver, a servo motor is built in. The main function is to perform the tightening operation according to the command and to feedback the values of the torque and the rotation angle.
Main application: Servo tightening system is mainly used in high precision, zero error, and data feedback. The disadvantage is that it comes from the characteristics of servo motor and can not be applied to large torque tightening situations requiring large inertia.
