The DM90YD digital output module can be used as a relay output (C contact) when an alarm occurs or can be output (ON/OFF) by manual operation of the touch screen.

For example, you need to set the operation for 5 minutes and stop for 2 minutes. You only need to change the formula to (Val(A1)+1)%4200, Val(A1)>=1200?-1:1, because the update time is 100ms, the formula The middle 4200 is the running and stopping time and the 1200 is the stopping time.

4, computing channel alarm settings

According to this connection method, the power meter is connected with the data acquisition to realize the hybrid measurement display, and the DO of the digital acquisition is used to automatically control the operation and stop of the motor.

Application case: A motor user wants to realize the three-minute operation of the motor, the continuous operation mode of one minute stop, and the simultaneous display of voltage, current and temperature. The DM100 and PA310 are used to realize this test requirement through Modbus communication.
