How to repair the common faults of rolling bearings?
The stator of the motor supports the rotation of the rotor through bearings. Therefore, the bearing in the motor is the most severely loaded and heavily loaded component, and the most prone to failure, which accounts for the largest proportion of mechanical failure of the motor. The bearing ring is usually printed with numbers and symbols, indicating the type, size, series and precision level of the bearing. When the bearing is damaged, the new bearing with the same number and symbol should be replaced.
The code of the rolling bearing is composed of 7 digits. The meanings of each digit are as follows:
Types of
Width series: expressed in Arabic numerals.
"1" - normal series; "2" - wide series;
"3", "4", "5", "6" - extra wide series;
"7" - narrow series;
"8", "9" - special series.
Bearing structure: The structural characteristics of the bearing are represented by one or two digits.
For example, “5” means that the outer diameter of the bearing has a retaining groove.
“15” means the bearing has a dust cover.
Bearing type: expressed by code.
"0" - radial ball bearing;
"1" - radial spherical ball bearing;
"2" - radial short cylindrical roller bearing;
"3" - centripetal spherical roller bearing;
"4" - long cylindrical roller bearing or needle bearing;
"5" - spiral roller bearing;
"6" - radial thrust ball bearing;
"7" - tapered roller bearing;
"8" - thrust ball bearing or thrust radial ball bearing;
"9" - thrust roller bearing or thrust radial roller bearing.
Diameter series: denoted by code.
"1" - special series;
"2" - light series;
"3" - the middle series;
"4" - heavy series;
"5" - light and wide series;
"6" - medium wide series;
"7", "8" - indefinite series;
"9" - the inner diameter is not standard.
Shaft diameter: refers to the inner diameter of mechanical bearings such as motors.
A bearing having an inner diameter of 20 to 295 mm is represented by a quotient obtained by dividing a shaft diameter by five;
