Send someone to the car and return it to the store for inspection. After some inspections, the 4S shop confirmed that the gearbox motor burned out, and the car only traveled 900 kilometers. Until the morning of October 5, Mr. Zhang drove on the road and suddenly heard the sound of "cracking" in the lower part of the car, and the sound became louder and louder. The car was still dragged back by the 4S shop to check the cause of the problem. After inspection, it was found that Mr. Zhang’s Zhongtai T700 was unable to walk because of the broken drive shaft. At this time, the car only traveled more than 4,000 kilometers. Mr. Zhang also said very helplessly: "I don't dare to drive this car now, especially worried about the high speed."

On October 23, a person in charge of Zhongtai Automobile Pingdingshan 4S shop admitted the real situation of the quality problem of the car. "This is the quality problem of the car. We reflected this to the manufacturer at that time."

But for both sides of the compensation issue, they have not been able to talk about it. Mr. Zhang believes that the car itself has quality problems and has proposed a compensation of 10,000 yuan. The person in charge of the 4S shop said that the request for Mr. Zhang was also reported to the manufacturer, but the manufacturer only agreed to give Mr. Zhang a goodwill fee of 1,000 yuan, and 7 days of repair and delay in using the car for 700 yuan per day. The total compensation fee is 1700 yuan.

Mr. Zhang said that the amount of compensation for the manufacturer was unacceptable. Due to the large differences, Mr. Zhang’s vehicle was still stored in the 4S store without taking it away.

I didn't expect the person in charge of the 4S shop to say this: "This is the meaning of the manufacturer. It can only be so much. If you don't want to, you can make some noise if you want compensation." For this person in charge is meaningful, is it the owner's rights? Make a lot of trouble, make a small amount of compensation, do you have to pay for it?

The 900-kilometer gearbox motor that was just bought soon burned out, and the drive shaft broke in 4,000 km. Finally, it was told that it was a quality problem.
