Five reasons leading to over-tightening of DC motor bearings
DC motor bearing over-tightening is a phenomenon often encountered in daily operation. This phenomenon easily leads to problems in the overall components of the DC motor 12v, reduces work efficiency, and easily affects the production efficiency of the enterprise and the image of the enterprise. Can be roughly divided into the following points, then in the following time, simply say the reason for this situation.
1. The machining accuracy of the front and rear end caps is deviated and the central axis position of the front and rear end caps is asymmetrical.
2. If the bearing is installed in the assembly process or the operator mishandles, the bearing damage will also cause the bearing to be too tight.
3. Because the motor bearing is stored for too long, the lubricating oil inside the bearing is dry, and the motor does not work properly.
4. The DC motor bearing and the end cap bearing chamber are closely matched, which causes the noise of the rear bearing of the DC motor to increase, and the bearing is too tight.
5. The DC motor bearing heats up, so that the grease is squeezed out, the bearing runway is partially free of lubricating oil, and the bearing is over-tight due to overheating.
