Enameled wire paint
Enameled wire is the most common electromagnetic wire for electric motors, and enameled wire lacquer is mainly used for coating insulation of enameled wire core. Since the wire is subjected to heat, chemical and various mechanical forces in the process of winding the coil, the welt, etc., it is required that the wire enamel paint has good coating property (that is, can be uniformly coated), and the paint film has strong adhesion. The surface is smooth, soft and tough, has certain wear resistance and elasticity, good electrical properties, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and no corrosion to the conductor.
The motor manufacturer should pay special attention to the control of the enameled wire. Some motor manufacturers are equipped with the necessary testing equipment. The continuity of the paint film, twist peeling, scratch resistance, and voltage resistance can verify the film. Overall performance.
Cover paint
The cover paint is used to coat the impregnated coil and the insulating component, and a uniform thickness of the insulating protective layer is formed on the surface thereof to prevent mechanical damage of the equipment insulation, erosion of the atmosphere and chemicals, and improvement of the surface insulation strength. Therefore, the cover paint is required to have the characteristics of quick drying, strong adhesion, hard paint film, high mechanical strength, moisture resistance, oil resistance and corrosion resistance.
