Customized Big Power Mixer Motor，The so-called mixing power contains two different concepts, namely, mixing power and mixing operation power.In order to make the continuous operation of the mixer, the power required is the power of the mixing process for the optimal mixing power, the former is two numbers of physical quantities, the latter is determined by the process characteristics.Unfortunately, so far, neither agitrer power nor mixing operation power can be determined accurately.In production practice, the problem of insufficient mixer power is easy to detect, while the problem of waste caused by excessive mixer power is often ignored. The purpose of calculating the agitator power is to solve how much power the different forms of stirrer can provide to the stirred medium to meet the requirements of the mixing process; the agitator strength calculation method of calculating stirring power is varied, and only a recommended method of average stirring power per unit volume is used here.
