Vacuum motor is the heart of the vacuum cleaner, the main types of vacuum motor are: dry vacuum motor, dry wet vacuum motor .The vacuum cleaner motor is composed of two parts: the motor part and the fan part. Because the vacuum cleaner motor has a high requirement on the speed, generally at 20,000-30000 RPM, the motor is mainly used as a series excited motor, also known as a series excited motor.
The series wound motor is mainly composed of the stator, rotor, front and rear end covers (covers) and cooling wind blades. The stator is composed of the stator core and windings on the pole boots, whose function is to generate excitation flux, magnetic conductivity and support the front and rear covers. The rotor is composed of a rotor core, a shaft, an armature winding and a commutator. Its function is to ensure and generate a continuous electromagnetic torque. The rotor drives the load to do work through the shaft and converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. The front and rear housings are used to support the armature and to secure the connection between the stator and the rotor. The rotating shaft, the front and rear housings should be strong enough to prevent the armature from resonance with the housings, causing vibration and danger. Generally, the rolling or sliding bearings in the front and rear housings can be divided into copper wire motor and aluminum wire motor.
