Provide inexpensive motor equipment, pre-start motor inspection and test run inspection
(1) For motors newly installed or out of service for more than three months, measure the insulation resistance between each winding of the motor and between each winding and the ground (housing) with a mehmmeter. All external wiring on the outlet terminal of the motor should be removed before the test.Usually 500V megohm meter is used to measure the insulation resistance of the motor below 500V, and 1000V megohm meter is used to measure the insulation resistance of the motor below 500V. According to the requirements, the insulation resistance shall not be less than 1 megohm for each 1KV working voltage of the motor, and the voltage below 1KV and the capacity of the motor below 1000 kW.The insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5 megohm.If the insulation resistance is low, the motor should be dried first, then the insulation resistance should be measured, and then the power can be used after passing the test.
(2) Check whether the wiring of the secondary circuit is correct. The wiring check of the secondary circuit can simulate the action once before the motor is connected to confirm the correct action of each link, including whether the signal light is displayed correctly.Check whether the connection of the lead wire of the motor is correct, whether the phase sequence and rotation direction meet the requirements, whether the grounding or zero is good, whether the cross-sectional area of the wire meets the requirements.
(3) Check whether there is any debris inside the motor, and blow it with dry and clean 200-300KPa compressed air
