High voltage motor storage requirements:

If the oil is still rusted with oil or gasoline, the surface can be lightly polished with No. 00 fine sand cloth, and then re-coated with anti-rust oil or temporary sealing material.
During the storage period, the motor shall rotate the rotor regularly, especially for motors using sliding bearings, which can prevent the deformation of the Pasteur alloy caused by excessive static deformation. For winding Motors, in order to prevent spots from forming on the working surface of the collector ring, insulation plates should be placed between the collector ring and the brush.

Electric motors that have been inspected and cleaned must be placed in the packaging for storage. The packing place should be clean, free of excessive dust, no salt mist, no corrosive and dangerous gases. The location of the inspection and cleaning motor shall also meet these requirements so as not to damage the insulation and exposed conductive parts.
5, during storage, the inlet of the outlet box and the inlet and outlet of the cooler into and out of the water flange should be closed to prevent small animals from entering the box or the interior of the motor.

The storage site shall meet the following requirements so as not to damage the motor.
7.1 Termites, salt mist, corrosive gases, hazardous gases and excessive dust-like dust are not allowed.
7.2 The ambient temperature shall always be above +3 °C.
7.3 The relative humidity of the environment is not more than 70 per cent, but not more than 95 per cent for the TH motor.
7.4 Storage sites should be well ventilated, but outdoor storage is not allowed. The appearance of the household(including the open air) is no exception.
