1. Reason for failure:

2. Troubleshooting:

2 Check whether the shielding is in place, check whether the wiring is reasonable and handle it, and add filters to improve if necessary.
3View the mechanical structure and improve it
4 Check whether the inside of the encoder is contaminated or corroded (dust, oil, etc.) and strengthen the protection.

Try to use original cable
Separate cables so that they are as far away as possible from contaminated wiring, especially high-contamination wiring
Always use the internal power supply as much as possible. If a switching power supply is used, a filter should be used to ensure that the power supply reaches a clean level.
Always ground the common end
Insulate the encoder housing from the machine structure and connect to the cable shield
If the encoder cannot be insulated, connect the cable shield to the ground (or dedicated terminal) on the encoder housing and drive frame.
