How to set the working speed of the stepper motor?
Considering the driving ability of the stepping motor, the friction force of the mechanical assembly and the bearing capacity of the mechanical parts, the maximum speed of each axis can be modified in the manufacturer's parameters to limit the maximum speed of the three axes actually used by the machine tool user. So, how to set it up?
1. According to the installation position of the three-axis zero position sensor of the stepper motor, set the parameters of returning to the mechanical origin in the factory parameters. After the settings are correct, run "Back to Mechanical Origin" in the "Operation" menu. First go back to the single axis. If the movement is in the correct direction, keep going back. Otherwise, stop and reset the direction of returning to the machine origin in the factory parameters until all axes can return to the machine origin.
2. Set the automatic refueling parameters (smaller settings, such as refueling every 5 seconds), and observe whether the automatic refueling is correct. If correct, set the auto-fuel parameter to what is actually required.
3. Check whether the set value of the electronic gear matches the pulse equivalent. You can make a mark on any axis of the machine tool, set the coordinates of the point as the working zero point in the software, directly input commands, jog or handwheel to make the axis move a fixed distance, and measure whether the actual distance is attached to the coordinates in the software with a vernier caliper Display distance.
4. Determine whether there is a leakage pulse. An intuitive method can be used: point a point on the workpiece blank with a sharp knife, set the point as the work origin, raise the Z axis, and then set the Z axis coordinate to 0; move the machine tool repeatedly, such as an empty tool Running a typical machining program (including three-axis linkage), you can pause or stop during the machining process, then return to the workpiece origin, and slowly lower the z-axis to see if the tool tip is consistent with the point on the blank. If there is any deviation, please check the type of pulse signal received by the stepper driver, and check whether the wiring between the terminal board and the driver is wrong
