Yaskawa Electric Full-rotation flexographic printing equipment
Flexographic, offset, gravure and screen printing are the four most popular printing methods in the world, each with its own characteristics. In countries with developed printing industries such as Europe and the United States, flexographic printing has developed rapidly. Packaging printing has changed from gravure and offset printing in the past to flexographic printing, and about 70% of packaging materials are soft. Printing. In the domestic market, the proportion of flexographic printing is also increasing.
This case introduces the application of the Yaskawa MP series motion controller + Σ-V servo in the flexographic printing industry.
I. Project implementation content and method
The Yaskawa machine controller MP2310 controls the Yaskawa communication servo by MECHATROLINK-II communication, and controls the 6-color roller and the 2-tension roller. The triangle generator function is generated by the function generator (FGN) to send the command to the 6-color roller motor, and the phase control method is used to achieve the purpose of color group synchronization. Then, the two sets of tension rollers and tension sensors are used for data feedback, and the PID function is used. The printing material maintains a constant tension during the printing process to ensure accuracy. Finally, the color code sensor behind the color roller feeds back the real-time data for comparison, and the micro position can be automatically adjusted during the printing process.
Third, the software control method
1. Electronic cam + virtual axis control method
The virtual axis is a mathematical model that is simulated by the motion controller for control purposes and is an axis that does not exist. But all real axes can establish a mathematical relationship with the imaginary axis. In this example, the virtual axis is modeled as a spindle, and all other axes establish a corresponding positional relationship between the curve of the electronic cam and the spindle.
2, PID tension adjustment
In order to keep the tension constant during the printing process, the analog feedback of the tension sensor is generally used to control the speed of the paper take-up shaft and the take-up shaft. In this example, the analog input port and PID adjustment function built into the motion controller are used to achieve constant tension.
3, phase compensation
When the color registration is not accurate between the color groups, the automatic or manual calibration system inputs the deviation information to the motion controller, and the motion controller automatically corrects the deviation color group by the phase compensation method.
