We can replace the starting capacitor according to the original model, generally about 1.2UF. When the motor bearing bush is short of oil, disassemble the motor and inject special lubricating oil into the wool felt in the bearing bush.
Special attention should be paid to the replacement of the starting capacitor according to the original model. Do not change its capacity without permission. It is not that the larger the capacity, the better, otherwise the motor will be burned.
There is also the reason that the electric fan is old and aging, because it is blocked by dust and the lubrication effect is not enough. You can try to apply some oil to the gap between the motor rotor and the inner part of the motor, and rotate it for a while, which is very effective.
And the current fan basically broke after two years. If there is an electrical fault, you need to use manual operation. First, check the capacitor and use a multimeter to check the capacity. If there is no multimeter, you can directly connect a capacitor with the same capacity. If it can run automatically, it means that the capacitance has dropped.
3. There is a buzzing sound when the electric fan does not turn
If the fan does not turn and hear a humming sound, there may be three possibilities:
1. The fan bearing is short of oil
Rotate the fan blades by hand, if you feel a lot of resistance, it means that the fan bearing is seriously lacking in lubricating oil. Sewing oil can be added to the root of the fan motor bearing.
2. The starting capacitor is bad
If the fan blade is moved by hand and the fan blade rotates smoothly, it means that the starting capacitor of the fan is damaged. It is necessary to replace the CBB61 capacitor with the same withstand voltage and capacity.
3. Motor short circuit
If the fan blade is moved by hand, the fan can start to run, but soon stops rotating, indicating that there may be a short circuit in the primary coil of the fan's motor. There is no maintenance value, and the fan needs to be replaced.
