To develop a juicer, the single-phase motor has three taps. First, use a multimeter to measure the resistance value between the three wires, and the parallel capacitance between the two wires with the largest resistance. The other wire (common end) is connected to the one end of the power supply. Then use the electric block of the multimeter to measure the resistance between the common end and the connector at both ends of the capacitor. The larger end of the resistance value is connected to the other end of the power supply, and the absolute one-secondary connection is positive. If you want to change the direction, change the power line connecting the capacitor end to the other end
The main winding and secondary winding of the three outgoing single-phase motor are easy to judge:
1. Measure the resistance of the three lines in pairs first, remember the two maximum lines and their resistance, and the third line is the connection point of the primary and secondary;
2. Measure the resistance values of the contact and both ends respectively (the sum of the two resistance values must be equal to the maximum value above). Of which the resistance is small
Is the main winding, the larger resistance is the secondary winding. Generally for single-phase capacitor start AC motor, the winding joint in series with the capacitor is the secondary winding. Suppose that the secondary winding resistance is R1 and the main winding resistance is R2, then R1> R2.(The main winding has large power and small resistance)
Use a multimeter to measure and compare the resistance values between two terminals at a time. First, find the secondary winding where the live wire is connected by the capacitor
Connector terminal: the resistance between it and the other two terminals has the maximum value (R1 series R2), and the second maximum value R1), leaving two terminals
The terminal with the minimum resistance R2 and the first resistance R1 is the zero line terminal, which is the common terminal of the main winding and the secondary winding.
