Synchronous electric machine excitation microcomputer is mainly used in metallurgy, mines, cement, fertilizer plants and other industries to carry out technical transformation of high-power synchronous motor excitation devices. Replace the original plug-in box with the excitation screen and transform it into a new excitation system. The machine uses microcomputer control technology to generate the trigger pulse required for the thyristor of the excitation fully controlled rectifier circuit. This has the power factor automatic adjustment function, so that when the motor changes in external conditions, the power factor is automatically tracked and the adjustment is automatically adjusted. It consists of a chassis, a transformer, a power circuit board, a microcomputer circuit board, and a relay. It adopts a box-type integrated structure and is connected by two rectangular connectors to other circuits of the excitation screen.
There are many classification methods for excitation cabinets. According to the supply mode of excitation power supply for generators, they are divided into three types: self-excitation type and hybrid type(that is, using both self-excitation and self-excitation). All DC or AC excitation machines providing excitation power sources are called other excitation systems; All electrical energy obtained from the generator's own winding(including auxiliary winding) as an excitation power source is called a self-excitation excitation system. The self-excitation system that obtains energy from the voltage of the synchronous motor only is called the self-excitation system. The self-excitation system that obtains energy from the voltage and current of the synchronous motor is called the self-excitation system. There are also some special excitation systems. Such as stator current harmonic power supply, stator additional winding power supply, as well as positive and negative excitation cabinet.
