When the motor of the vacuum cleaner does not rotate, check from the following aspects:
(1) Check whether the power cord plug is firmly inserted into the socket.
(2) Check whether the power outlet has electricity.
(3) Check whether the power switch of the vacuum cleaner is turned on.
(4) Check whether the reel line is in good condition.
(5) Check whether the power supply circuit is in good condition.
What should I do if the suction power of the vacuum cleaner is weakened?
When the suction of the vacuum cleaner is weakened, check from the following aspects:
(1) Check whether the carpet, floor brush, hose and long pipe are blocked.
(2) Check whether the dust filter bag is full of dust.
(3) Check whether the upper cover of the dust chamber is closed.
(4) Check whether the filter screen is blocked by dust.
(5) Check that the hose assembly is properly installed.
What if the vacuum cleaner doesn't vacuum?
The possible reasons and solutions for the vacuum cleaner not vacuuming are as follows:
(1) Check the hose, suction nozzle, dust bag interface or the pores of the dust bag may be blocked. At this time, the vacuum cleaner should be disassembled, the dust in the hose should be shaken off, the blockage at the suction nozzle or the suction opening of the dust bag should be cleaned, or the dust bag should be replaced.
(2) It may be that the dust filter bag is covered with dust. The filter has a flannel filter bag, which is easy to get dust and blockage. At this time, just shake the dust shaker to shake off the dust on the flannel bag.
(3) It may be that the seal between the top cover and the middle shell of the vacuum cleaner is not tight. Check whether there are cracks in the top cover and the middle case, and whether the screws are tightened.
(4) It may be that the seal between the motor and the vacuum cleaner is not tight. The screws and gaskets around the motor should be checked, and if they are found to be loose, they should be padded and tightened, and the missing gaskets should be replaced in time.
(5) It may be that the bristles of the rotating brush that have been dusted have been worn. At this time, although the motor rotates, the rotating brush cannot generate dust, so the suction force is weak. At this time, remove the rotating brush, adjust the position of the rotating brush assembly, so that the bristles of the rotating brush are close to the ground, and the rotation can fully generate dust. If the wear is serious, the new brush can be replaced.
(6) It may be that the fan blades are not fastened tightly. When the fan blade slides on the motor shaft, it also affects the vacuuming effect. The set screws for the fan blades should be tightened.
