What types of motors are there for juicers?

1. DC Motor
Features:
Depends on battery or adapter for power supply, small size, light weight, suitable for portable juicers.
High speed, fast start and stop, but relatively low power (common in small household machines).
Sub-types:
Brushed DC Motor:
Low cost, but the carbon brushes are easy to wear and have a short life (about 500-800 hours).
Noisy operation, requires regular maintenance (such as cleaning carbon powder).
Brushless DC Motor (BLDC):
No physical carbon brushes, life is extended to more than 2000 hours, and noise is reduced by 30%-50%.
Energy conversion efficiency is as high as 85%, more power-saving (such as high-end wall-breaking machines).
Applicable models:
Portable juicer, mini juicer, low-power household juicer.
AC Motor
Features:
Directly plug in for use, high power (800W-1500W), suitable for commercial or high-performance models.
Simple structure, strong durability, but large size, need to be fixed installation.
Subdivision type:
AC series motor:
High speed (20000-40000 rpm), can break hard ingredients (such as ice cubes, nuts).
Noisy, high heat generation, need to cooperate with heat dissipation design (common in wall breakers).
Induction motor (asynchronous motor):
Low speed (about 10000-18000 rpm), strong stability and long life.
High energy consumption, gradually replaced by frequency conversion technology.
Applicable models:
Commercial juicer, high-power wall breakers, multi-function food processors.
II. Classification by technical characteristics
1. Frequency conversion motor
The speed is adjusted through the smart chip to match the hardness of different ingredients (for example: low speed for soft fruits and high speed for ice cubes).
Energy saving and noise reduction, extending the life of the motor, common in mid-to-high-end models.
2. Copper wire motor vs aluminum wire motor
Copper wire motor: good conductivity, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, high cost (standard for high-end models).
Aluminum wire motor: low cost, but easy to heat up, short life, mostly used in low-priced entry-level models.
3. Waterproof and anti-overheating motor
Adopts sealed bearing + silicone waterproof ring, supports whole machine washing (IPX6 or above).
Built-in temperature control sensor, automatic shutdown when overheating to avoid burning (must-have for maternal and child products).
