5.2 After the product drawing design is completed
After the drawing design is completed, the summary requirements are more:
"Pattern Catalogue": Generally for product preparation, it is the working pattern of all products. The general summary fields are part code, name, drawing code (general and part code are the same), frame, sheet number, base map total number, remarks . Refer to the national standard format.
However, there are two places that are special:
1) Some companies have a product assembly or some parts assembly drawings have multiple pages, which we can not handle.
2) Additional products may correspond to assembly drawings, general drawings, outline drawings, installation drawings, and schematic drawings for multiple different use drawings. It is also required to be summarized in the drawing catalogue, and may be required to be summarized as a record in the product parts list. And it is required to be placed after the product node.
Product Parts List: Product parts are generated according to certain serial number rules. There may be some requirements on the pagination. The main summary fields are format, code, name and specification, material, quantity, single weight, total weight, and remarks (remarks are generally required to fill out the outsourcing and which product to borrow). Refer to the national standard format.
"Product grading parts list": The product only summarizes the subordinate parts and components details, and then subordinates the subordinate parts to its subordinate parts and components, and the multiple parts list together can fully express the entire product assembly structure. , similar to the effect of the component structure file in PDM4 after opening. "Series Product List": It is used to reflect the loading relationship of all parts used in this series of products in different specifications. It is convenient to understand the parts borrowing relationship between the entire product family, and it is designed in many varieties and small batches or variants. There are many applications in the enterprise, which is the difficulty of the current summary configuration. It has not been solved very well. In the textile machinery industry, the automotive industry is almost in existence.
