01 First check the power plug and whether the power cord is normal.

02 The first consideration when the electric fan does not rotate is that the motor lacks lubricating oil.
When the fan blade is installed on it, the motor cannot be dragged. After removing the fan blade, you will find that the shaft can still run normally or rotate it by hand, which means that the fan motor is not broken. Then after disconnecting the power supply of the fan, you will find that the rotation of the fan blade is a little stiff when you gently move the fan blade, which means that the motor shaft oil of the electric fan is gone. If the fan rotates easily, it means that the electric fan is well lubricated. Just drop the oil! Most old fans are like this.
03 The electric fan motor is equipped with a fuse, which is blown and replaced.
04 There was no response for a long time, and the hand dial only turned.
Most people may encounter the following phenomenon, the electric fan does not turn, you pull it by hand or it will take a long time to slowly turn it up, and after using it for a period of time, you will find that it will not move even if you pull it out by hand . The possible reason for this phenomenon is that the starting capacitor inside the fan is too small to start the motor. Just replace the capacitor with the same specification!
05 Motor burned out. In this case, in addition to replacing the motor, go to a repair shop, or sell it as scrap, or throw it away. (Note: can not be repaired with electricity!)
