After the electric heating wire is energized, the heat generated by the electric heating wire is exchanged with the cold air passing through, so that the wind temperature of the outlet is raised. The K-type thermocouple at the outlet will timely feedback the detected outlet temperature to the temperature control instrument, which monitors the actual working temperature according to the set temperature, and transmits the relevant information back to the solid state relay to control whether the heater works or not. The heating body of the heating fan is mainly made of high quality nichchromium heating body combined with high quality PTC composite ceramics, and then connected in the multi-layer aluminum radiator, the heat energy is blown out through the fan. Air mobility is better than other overall heating type heaters, so it can make a certain space range of rapid warming, but because of its rapid heat production and rapid heat dissipation, so its energy utilization rate is not as high as other overall heating type heaters.
