What is an induction heater

Sensor (commonly known as the induction heating coil), its function is to transfer the energy of the induction heating device to the work piece, make the work piece surface to produce vortex, realize the work piece heating and brazing.

The sensor is connected to the transformer output of the induction heating power supply and has a high-frequency current. The current will make the sensor magnetic field, installed in the sensor inside or adjacent to the work piece surface received induction, work piece electromagnetic induction law, skin effect, adjacent effect, in the induction of metal properties, ring effect and joule heating effect, work piece surface induction current, induction current resistance and make the work piece heat, make the work piece to the temperature of brazing and melting, and then fill the weld, realize the joint finally solid connection.

Principle of the induction heater:

The main basis of induction heating is: electromagnetic induction, "skin collection effect" and heat conduction three basic principles.

When the alternating current passes through the conductor, the induced electromotive force is generated within the conductor under the formed alternating magnetic field. Because the closer to the heart, the greater the induced electromotive force, the current of the conductor tends to the surface layer, and the current intensity decreases exponentially from the surface to the heart. This phenomenon is the so-called skin collecting effect of alternating current.1
