Three standard for 24V DC motor rack
The frame of the 24V DC motor is divided into one piece of the left and right frame, which is a welded structural part of the steel plate. After the welding stress is removed, the frame has a lower roller bearing. There is a square screw rod inside the frame, and the upper end of the screw rod is hinged with the bearing seat at both ends of the upper roller. According to years of experience, Shenzhen Longhui Motor has summarized three standards for the rack of 24V DC motor:
1. Sliding mating surface, the machining accuracy is not lower than the 9-level tolerance specified in GB/T1801; the verticality of the reference end face is not lower than the 8-level tolerance specified in GB/T1184.
2. The axis of the hole that is rotated and matched, the perpendicularity of the reference end face is not lower than the 8-level tolerance specified in GB/T1184.
3. Symmetrical 24V DC motor, the parallelism of the axis of the two shaft holes and the symmetry of the center of the rack are not lower than the 9-level tolerance specified in GB/T1184.
