DIT-SCADA3500 thermal power unit remote thermal load real-time online monitoring system is independently developed by Shenzhen Dongshen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., adopts B/S architecture, can be easily accessed through IE browser within the power company, and adopts dual-system in system structure. The hot standby operation mode ensures the reliability of the system and supports the storage of massive data. The goal is to implement the collection, transmission and remote monitoring of the thermal load data of the cogeneration unit in the province or region by the provincial or lower level grid company. The system capacity can exceed 500 substations.

1. Data collection function: real-time collection of temperature, pressure and flow rate of superheated steam at the boiler outlet of the heating unit, extraction steam flow and temperature and pressure parameters of the heating unit, flow, temperature and pressure parameters of the heat supply outlet of the thermal power plant, thermoelectric unit Power generation and power generation, total power generation and power generation of thermal power plants

2. Data processing functions: including range conversion, data fault tolerance, cold junction compensation, flow compensation, cumulative value calculation, etc., based on steam flow, pressure, temperature, enthalpy, entropy calculation.

4. Remote communication function: The collected data is transmitted to the power dispatch center through Ethernet, VPN, GPRS/CDMA communication.

5. Anti-interference ability index: common mode voltage ≥ 500V, common mode rejection ratio ≥ 90dB, differential mode voltage ≥ 60V, differential mode rejection ratio ≥ 60dB.

6. Acquisition accuracy: The accuracy of the analog input signal is ≥±0.1% (high level or current), ≥±0.2% (low level), and the average fault-free working time is ≥30000 hours.

System functions
