There are many reasons for the uneven voltage of the power supply. Common reasons are:
(1) The transformer winding is faulty, resulting in an uneven output voltage.
(2) If the transmission line is too long and the quality of the transmission line is not good, the voltage drop of the line will be different, resulting in uneven terminal voltage.
(3) Mixing of power and lighting, there is a single-phase load in the factory and enterprise, resulting in uneven distribution of load in each phase, which may cause a certain degree of asymmetry in the three-phase voltage of the power grid.

●Motor overload
The motor is in an overload operation state, such as a small horse-drawn carriage, especially when the motor is started, the local heating of the stator and rotor currents is aggravated, and serious current unevenness is likely to occur.

● Stator and rotor winding failure
Electrical faults such as turns, ground, and phase in the motor windings can cause excessive current in one or two phases.
(1) Conductive foreign matter enters the winding, causing a turn-to-turn fault.
(2) The stator winding has a broken wire.
(3) Leakage problems due to moisture in the windings.
(4) The stator air gap is uneven or broom.
(5) The fact that the rotor winding has a broken wire or a cast aluminum rotor motor has a thin strip or a broken strip.
