Leading wire should meet the quality technical requirements
• The lead conductor should be an annealed copper wire. The surface of the conductor should be smooth and free of oil, without burrs, sharp edges and protrusions of the insulating skin; the individual wires of the wires may or may not be plated. The purpose of tin plating is to prevent the lead from being oxidized due to temperature and humidity during charging operation, and to affect the electrical conductivity of the lead.

● Requirements for the diameter of the monofilament in the conductor. The maximum diameter is specified in the standard, and the purpose is to ensure the formation and softness of the lead by the control of the diameter.
● Resistance value control. The standard specifies the maximum resistance of the lead at 20 ° C, the purpose is to control the material purity of the lead conductor to ensure the degree of heat generation during the operation of the lead, to avoid the lead burned, or damage the performance of the motor.
● Shielding requirements. For cables with a voltage rating of 6kV and above, the conductors shall have a non-metallic shielding layer. The shielding layer shall be made of a semiconductor material. The surface shall be smooth and shall have no obvious ridges, sharp corners, particles and damage marks. The shielding layer shall be insulated from the leads. The layers are tightly bonded.
●Insulation layer thickness and coating requirements. The insulation should be tightly coated on the conductor isolation layer, and it must be easily peeled off without damaging the conductor. The insulating layer should be smooth and uniform, and the thickness of the thinnest point should be not less than 90% of the nominal value, and the lower deviation is 0.1mm. For cables with a semiconductor shield, the shield should not be included in the thickness measurement.
● Insulation jacket performance requirements. The thickness of the sheath should be uniform and the surface should be smooth. The minimum thickness should not be less than 85% of the nominal thickness and the lower deviation should be 0.1 mm.
