The motor factory tells you what type of gear reducer is.
The types of gear motors are: coaxial helical gear reduction Motors; Parallel axle-helical gear reduction motor; Bevel gear-Bevel gear reduction motor; Bevel gear-worm gear reduction motor; Worm gear reduction motor.
To determine the type of gear reducer, the following parameters need to be determined:
1, determine the mechanical operating speed, according to this speed calculation gear deceleration motor deceleration ratio(deceleration ratio = inlet shaft velo/output shaft speed = motor velocities / mechanical requirements speed);
2, calculate the torque of the load, according to this torque selected gear reduction motor output(refer to gear reduction motor manufacturer provided "output torque meter"), determine the gear reduction motor model;
3, determine the additional functions of gear reduction motor, such as power off brake, power brake, frequency conversion, shrink frame, shell material. Some additional features can only be provided by a specific factory, such as the G series gear reduction motor, which provides all additional features and therefore can be negotiated with the supplier at the time of selection.
