2. The market pulls the development of permanent magnet brushless motor
(1) The number of micro-motors used in the network field accounts for 38% of the entire micro-motors. HDD spindle motors, printer spindle motors, copier spindle motors, computer fans, and high-end DVD spindle motors are all permanent magnet brushless motors. Moreover, it is a precision permanent magnet brushless motor. Due to its high precision, it is bonded with NdFeB. 83% of Japan's bonded NdFeB is used for this kind of permanent magnet brushless motor; the whole armature is punched, multipole Concentrated winding, outer rotor structure. Vibration motors for mobile phones, whether cylindrical or button-type, most of them use brushed DC motors, but there are also brushless vibration motors, which are not widely used.
(2) The motor used in the home appliance field accounts for about 15% of the entire micro-motor. Air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators and other major household appliances used single-phase asynchronous motors. Because of their low efficiency and low utilization rate, in order to save energy, variable frequency speed-regulated asynchronous motors were used in the early 1990s. At present, more than 90% of air conditioners in Japan use air conditioners. Permanent magnet brushless DC motor, instead of asynchronous motor frequency conversion speed regulation, China's air conditioner manufacturing plant also began to use permanent magnet brushless DC motor to obtain better energy saving effect and save materials. At the same rated power and rated speed, the volume and weight of the single-phase asynchronous motor are 100%, and the permanent magnet brushless DC motor has a volume of 38%, a weight of 34.8%, and a copper content of 20.9%. The amount is 36.5% and the efficiency is increased by more than 10%. In order to improve efficiency as much as possible, the permanent magnet of the motor adopts sintered NdFeB, the armature punching piece adopts block type or hinge type, multi-pole concentrated winding, and the motor can be made into outer rotor or inner rotor structure according to user requirements. Air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators and other home appliances will increasingly adopt permanent magnet brushless motors.
