1. Gear clearance, mainly the transmission gear between the stepper motor and the screw.

2. The gap between the connecting keys, especially the large gears on the screw, the reaction of the gaps on the backlash can not be ignored. The influence of the motor shaft key clearance is not only a difference but also a noise.

3. The gap between the screw and the nut, the axial transmission clearance of the screw after delivery is usually below 0.003, and the product with poor quality is not guaranteed.

4. Screw bearing clearance, this clearance is eliminated by the axial adjustment of the inner and outer rings of the bearing, but if the bearing quality is inferior, it will be extremely inflexible after the clearance is eliminated. Once the rotation is light, there will be a gap, so The bearings at the place are not sloppy.

5. The overall rigidity of the torque transmission is poor, causing the flexible deformation of the weak part to make the movement become dull and lag, and also manifested in the form of a gap.
