The Development History and Application Field of electric dc motor factory
Established in the late 1950s, China's micro-motor industry has undergone a period of imitation, self-design and research and development since it began to meet the needs of national defense weapons and equipment. It has formed a complete industrial system for product development, large-scale production and key parts and components, key materials, special manufacturing equipment, and test instruments.
According to statistics, there are more than 1000 micro electric motor production and supporting factories in Shenzhen, employing more than 1 00000 people, and the total industrial output value exceeds 10 billion yuan. Micromotor industry has become an indispensable basic product industry in the modernization of national economy and national defense.
Since the 1980s, domestic demand for micromotors has been growing. China has introduced more than 50 production lines, achieving 25 major categories, 60 series, 400 varieties, 2000 specifications of micromotor large quantities, large-scale production. The main products are brush permanent magnet Shenzhen DC motor, low-power AC motor, AC DC string motor, electrode motor, stepping motor, vibration motor(for mobile phones) and so on.
In 1999, China produced about 3 billion micromotors, of which private and state-owned enterprises produced about 250 million units, sole proprietorships produced about 1.2 billion units, Hong Kong produced about 1.4 billion units, and Taiwan produced about 180 million units. In 2000, production was about 3.9 billion units, accounting for 60 % of global production.
High-tech micromotors, such as precision brushless motors, high-speed synchronous Motors, high-precision stepper motors, flaky winding brushless motors, high-performance servo motors, and new-principle ultrasonic Motors, have not yet formed commercial or batch production capacity in China. Therefore, domestic high precision micro-special Motors also rely on imports. According to customs statistics, the average foreign exchange use increased by 26.9 % from 1995 to 2000. Although it increased by 4.81 % in 2001, it also reached 1.197 billion U.S. dollars.
From 1995 to 2000, China's export earnings of micromotors grew by an average of 18.6 %. In 2001, it decreased by 6.02 % compared with 2000. Affected by the "September 11" incident in the United States, the U.S. and Japanese economies suffered serious setbacks. The global economic downturn was the main factor in the decline in exports in 2001.
In 2000, the world market for microelectric machines was about 6.5 billion units, and China exported 2.726 billion units, accounting for 42 % of the international market. Among them, 32.151 million were toy Motors, and 2,382.396 million were microelectric machines with a total of 375.W. There are about 2.377 million DC motors and generators less than 750W. According to statistics, 80 % are micromotors produced and exported by investment companies in HongKong, China, Japan, and Taiwan in the Mainland.
