The choice of two frequency conversion motor
For the current variable frequency motor selected for the variable frequency spinning frame, they are improved on the basis of the Y series motor. This is because the working temperature of the Y series motor is mostly not high, and the working time is 8 hours per day. Y series motors are designed with more motor cost than FX series motors, so they are less efficient than FX series motors, but they are also less expensive than FX series motors. If the Y series variable frequency motor is used on the spinning frame, it should use a larger motor. For example, the 420 spindle spinning machine is best to use 18.5KW motor, which adds some cost to the 15KW motor, but in the long run, its Maintenance costs and electricity costs are less, in other words it runs at a lower cost.
