The China Micro Dc Motor manufacturers tells you the structure and working principle of DC decelerating motor
DC decelerating motor
1, DC decelerating motor structure
The earliest deceleration motor was a general DC motor. In the case of low control accuracy, a general DC motor was used as a deceleration motor. The current DC decelerating motor is a low-power DC motor in terms of structure. Its excitation is mostly controlled by armature and magnetic field, but armature control is usually used.
2, the principle of DC deceleration motor
The working principle of DC decelerating motor is basically the same as that of ordinary DC motor. Relying on the action of the armature air flow and the air gap flux, electromagnetic torque is generated to make the deceleration motor rotate. The armature control is usually used to change the speed by changing the voltage under the condition that the excitation voltage is unchanged. The smaller the voltage, the lower the speed, the voltage is zero, and the rotation stops. Because the voltage is zero and the current is also zero, the motor does not produce electromagnetic torque and no rotation occurs.
3, DC decelerating motor characteristics
A rotating motor that inputs or outputs DC power. Its analog speed control system is generally composed of two closed-loop systems, both speed closed-loop and current closed-loop. In order to enable the two to coordinate and play their roles, two regulators are set up in the system to adjust the speed and current respectively. The two feedback closed-loop structures use a nested structure of a ring and a ring. This is the so-called double closed-loop speed regulation system. It has the advantages of fast dynamic response and strong anti-interference ability, and is therefore widely used.
