Frequent use of DC motors will inevitably encounter some faults. DC motors sometimes cannot be manually turned on. There are many reasons for this. It can be summarized as the following six reasons:

1. The lock is not pulled out;

2. The DC motor supply valve is not open; or the main pressure valve is blocked by the pipe;

3. The position of the switching valve is not aligned, neither manual nor automatic position;

4. The communication valve of the relay is switched and not closed;

5, the opening limiter handle pin off;

6. The emergency stop solenoid valve has not returned.

When using a DC motor, there is a phenomenon that the manual cannot be turned on. Don't worry, it is not the machine is damaged. It may be the above faults. Just adjust it.
