The electric push rod is an electric drive device that converts the rotary motion of the motor into the linear reciprocating motion of the push rod. It is also a general auxiliary drive device. It can be in a variety of simple or complex process as an executive mechanism to achieve lifting control, widely used in furniture, medical office and other aspects. Structurally, the electric push rod motor used for smart furniture is basically similar to the push rod used for medical purposes. It is mainly composed of driving motor, push rod assembly, transmission mechanism, control box and so on. Now, the structure of each part is described separately.
The driving motor is composed of rotor, magnetic steel, housing, carbon brush, copper sleeve and fixing screws. The magnetic steel is clamped inside the housing, and the carbon brush and copper sleeve are fixed to the control box. When removing, pay attention to the spring behind the carbon brush to prevent it from falling off and losing.
Electric push rod assembly. Mainly by the push rod inner tube, screw and jacket composition. The screw is connected with the inner tube of the push rod through a plastic screw with a hole in the middle, and the inner tube of the push rod is connected with the jacket through a hard rubber sleeve. When the motor rotates, the gear drives the lead rod to rotate, and the lead rod pushes the inner tube of the push rod to move in the coat, so that the push rod motor is telescopic. The upper end of the screw is provided with a buffer apron to prevent the screw from impinging on the inner tube wall of the push rod due to movement, and the buffer apron is provided with a pin to prevent it from coming out. The lower end of the screw has bearing fasteners, bearings, nuts and pins. The pin is provided for connecting a change gear. The C-clip is embedded in the pusher jacket and has a hole in the clip. A screw through the side wall of the control box passes through this hole to secure the push rod inner tube and screw mounted in the push rod jacket.
Structure of electric push rod
Transport mechanism. The transmission mechanism consists of eight gears, four of which are of the same size. After the speed change mechanism, the power output of the motor is transferred to the push rod assembly to push the antenna to rotate. At the same time, the two cams stacked together are driven to rotate, and the limit switch is controlled by adjusting the Angle raised on the two cams, so that the antenna rotates in the limit range of east and west. The variable speed mechanism also drives the quadrupole permanent magnet wheel to rotate, so that the normally open reed switch is in the open and closed state, forming a pulse signal, and transmitting the pulse signal to the antenna controller for memory and storage, realizing remote star selection.
The controller. The controller connects the drive motor and the electric push rod assembly together. Under the cover of the control box, there is a transmission mechanism composed of eight gears. On the cover is a pulse signal generator composed of a magnetic wheel and a reed switch, as well as terminals, limit switches, rotating cams and other components.
