Structure and principle of exhaust fan

Under the action of centrifugal force, the air is thrown from the center of the impeller to the edge, flows into the volute at a high speed, and flows out from the volute to the exhaust outlet. At this time, the fan forms a certain vacuum degree (negative pressure) at the inlet. The air enters the fan through the material surface, bellows, dust removal pipes and multi-pipe dust remover on the trolley. Due to the continuous rotation of the impeller, the flue gas of the inlet constantly flows out to the exhaust pipe through the flow path volute between the blades, so that the sintering process can be carried out.
