Structural features and uses of the ventilator

Structural characteristics and use of the ventilator:

The ventilator mainly includes centrifugal ventilator and axial flow ventilator.

(1) Structural characteristics and uses of the centrifugal ventilator. The centrifugal ventilator is composed of air inlet, impeller, vortex shell spindle, air outlet expander, air outlet and other basic parts. When the impeller rotates, the gas is axially sucked in through the air intake port, and then turns 90° through the leaf path, which is thrown into the impeller by the impeller, concentrated, diversion, and then through the amplifier, and discharged from the outlet.

Centrifugal ventilator are generally commonly used in places with small flow and high pressure, almost all choose AC motor drag, and according to the use requirements, such as dust discharge, high temperature, explosion-proof, etc., choose different types of motor.

Centrifugal ventilator can be divided into: general ventilation centrifugal ventilator, boiler centrifugal pass (induced) fan, pulverized coal fan, dust discharge centrifugal ventilator, mine centrifugal ventilator, explosion-proof centrifugal ventilator, anti-corrosion centrifugal ventilator, high temperature centrifugal ventilator, grain powder conveying centrifugal ventilator.

(2) Structural characteristics and uses of the axial flow ventilator. The axial flow ventilator is composed of the air collector (air inlet chamber) impeller, guide vane, pressure amplifier (diffusion cylinder) and other main structural parts. The gas enters from the collector, obtains energy to the gas through the impeller, and then flows into the guide lobe, which transforms part of the deflection airflow kinetic energy into static pressure energy. Finally, the airflow converts part of the axial airflow kinetic energy into static pressure energy through the amplifier, and then flows out of the input pipeline system. Axial flow ventilation machine type and structure is a variety of, small axial flow fan, its impeller diameter is only more than 100 mm, large diameter can reach more than 20 meters. Axial flow fan can be divided into vertical and horizontal type according to the axis configuration direction.

The pressure generated by axial ventilator is low, and the single stage is generally used, and its output air pressure is 490Pa. The air pressure of high pressure axial ventilator is <4900Pa. Compared with centrifugal ventilator, axial ventilator has the characteristics of large flow, low air pressure and small volume. The moving blade or guide vane of modern axial flow ventilator is often made of adjustable, that is, the installation Angle is adjustable, which greatly expands the range of operating conditions, and significantly improves the efficiency of variable working conditions. Therefore, the range of use and economic performance are better than centrifugal ventilators. With the continuous development of technology, the axial flow fan with adjustable moving blade has been increasingly widely used in ventilation and ventilation devices such as large power stations, large tunnels and mines.
